April’s career has been dedicated to guiding boards through complex challenges—whether it’s navigating state compliance, resolving conflict, coordinating vendors, or educating new board members on their roles. She has seen firsthand that success comes not only from knowledge of statutes and policies, but also from leading with compassion and servant leadership.
